- EU Warehouse 1: delays in shipments — it may take up to 4 weeks to receive your tracking number after payment.
- EU Warehouse 2: tracking number is provided within 3 weeks after payment.
- EU Warehouse 3: tracking number is provided within 1 working day after payment.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks. Refunds are not offered for orders that are delayed in transit or processing.
📦 Delivery restrictions: We are currently unable to ship to Pack stations or P.O. boxes. Orders placed with such addresses will not be shipped and may face indefinite delay. Please use a valid residential or business address.
🌍 Shipping geography:
All products are shipped from Europe. Delivery within Europe takes approximately 5 - 12 days from the date of dispatch and passes customs smoothly.
