Sign in at checkout, enter the number of points you want to use and select Apply. Your discount and order total update immediately. 100 points = €1 off. Points can discount at most 30% of the product total in one order. You can use any whole number up to that limit and your available balance, leaving at least €1 in products. Delivery and Shipping Protection are separate. Remove the applied points to return them to your balance.

Purchase points and purchase bonuses are added after your order is fully paid and fulfilled. For orders from multiple warehouses, all items must be fulfilled first. Canceled orders do not earn points. Delivery and Shipping Protection are excluded.

Your paid and fulfilled product purchases after discounts count toward each level. Each level unlocks one free product. Add it to your cart, then complete the order. The reward is yours once that order is fulfilled. If you remove it before then, you can add it again. Yearly progress starts again on 1 January.

We adjust earned points, purchase bonuses and yearly progress. A full refund or cancellation returns the points used on that order with their original expiry dates. Points whose original expiry has passed cannot be used again. If you already spent earned points, your balance may become negative until new points make up the difference.

The third-purchase bonus is earned once per account. The €100.00 bonus applies to each qualifying paid and fulfilled order after discounts. The two-purchase bonus is earned once per calendar month, using Central European time and the date each order was placed. Fully refunded and canceled orders do not count. Partial refunds reduce eligible spending.

Yes. Every credit, including welcome points, subscription bonuses and crypto cashback, is valid for one calendar month from when it reaches your account. If the next month has fewer days, the last day of that month is used. See the exact dates above. Points expiring soonest are used first. Existing points receive one month from the launch of this rule. Checkout holds last up to 24 hours, or until the points expire, whichever comes first. Applying, removing or refunding points never resets their expiry.

Points give you discounts on future STERO orders. They cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another account.
