Tracking numbers by warehouse
The time below starts after payment. It is the time until your tracking number is issued, before transit.

Delivery after dispatch
These are estimated transit times. Refunds are not offered for processing or transit delays.
Delivery addresses
We cannot ship to Pack stations or P.O. boxes. Orders placed with these addresses will not be dispatched and may face indefinite delays. Please use a valid residential or business address.
Shipping Protection
Optional Shipping Protection costs €4.90 per order. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we arrange a replacement shipment. Contact our team with your order number to request help. This optional service does not limit your existing rights.
Shipping destinations
All products are shipped from Europe. A product is shown only when its warehouse delivers to the country selected on the site. Delivery is available to the countries in the delivery country menu.
Tracking your parcel
You will receive your tracking number after payment within the timeframe listed for your warehouse. Use it on our Order tracking page to follow your parcel.
Orders from multiple warehouses
Delivery costs €25 per warehouse. From EU Warehouse 2, delivery to Austria and Spain costs €35. Delivery becomes free when products from that warehouse total €399 or more after discounts, and the free-shipping credit matches that warehouse's rate. Each warehouse qualifies separately. If only one warehouse reaches €399, delivery from the other warehouse is charged at its own rate. Delivery charges do not count toward the threshold.
