How to lose fat and keep your lifts

Fat comes off in a calorie deficit you can repeat for weeks. Protein and heavy lifting decide whether the kilos you drop are fat. The weight-loss shelf is the set of products people open next to that plan.
A deficit you can finish
Lose about half a kilogram a week. Faster weeks that wreck your training take muscle with the fat. If the bar speed dies, eat a little more and keep the deficit smaller.
Protein and the same lifts
Hold protein around 1.6 to 2.2 g per kilogram. Keep squatting, pressing, and rowing. Walking after meals adds burn without another hard session you cannot recover from.
The pen and the tablets
Semalgid is a semaglutide pen, 1 pen / 4 mg, which is why people open it when appetite is the problem. Clenbutos is clenbuterol at 40 mcg a tablet. Liothymed is liothyronine (T3) at 25 mcg a tablet. Yohimbinos is yohimbine hydrochloride in tablets.
The shelves
Start in Weight Loss. Narrower lists are Clenbuterol and T3 (Liothyronine Sodium). A pen does not replace the deficit. If the scale falls and your lifts fall with it, you are losing muscle.
